Like most practically minded persons, I have a bone to pick with current policies and legislation in Texas.  Having previously worked with funding and donations for Planned Parenthood, the importance of affordable women's healthcare is near and dear to me.  The opportunity to participate in Nasty Women Amsterdam, where all proceeds would go to She Decides, sat well with me.

The piece is a representation of the plight of the immigrant, the plight of the woman in the Texas landscape.  This is a three-dimensional set, and the exhibition piece was a photograph for purchase.
